The Pipeline Report helps you track key metrics throughout your sales process, including Leads Delivered, Responded Leads, Meetings Scheduled, and Conversion Rates. This report provides valuable insights into your performance by comparing actual results to targets over a chosen time period (such as the last 3, 6, or 12 months). You'll also see how the maturity of each lead affects these metrics.

How to Access the Pipeline Report

  1. Go to the Reports section in the navigation bar.
  2. Select Pipeline Report.

You can also export the data to a CSV file for further analysis by clicking the Export button in the top right.

Sections of the Pipeline Report

1. Leads Delivered

What It Tracks:

This section displays the distribution of your leads over time, categorized by asset tier. It shows the number of leads received each month and their estimated value based on historical data.

How to Use It:

Use this section to monitor the volume and value of your incoming leads over time. The stacked bar chart allows you to hover over each month, showing a breakdown of delivered leads by asset tier.

2. Responded Leads

What It Tracks:

This section tracks how many leads have responded to your outreach, along with their investable assets. It displays both your actual response rate and the target response rate, factoring in lead maturity.

How to Use It:

Check the actual response rate against the target range. If your response rate is lower than the target range, especially as leads mature, consider adjusting your outreach strategy to engage more leads. Here are some methods to consider:
