Are My Text Messages Captured for Compliance?

OAT automatically archives all text messages for compliance. Each month, advisors receive an email summary of all text communications, including contact details, conversations, and timestamps. This report integrates seamlessly with existing email archiving systems (e.g., GlobalRelay, Smarsh, Proofpoint), ensuring text messages are stored alongside emails. While monthly archiving cannot be turned off, advisors can enable daily archiving and add an additional email to receive the text archive if needed.

For compliance, all text messaging through OAT is automatically archived. Disabling text message archiving is not an option.

How do I know if a lead text messaged me back?

The leads who responded to you via text will have a special status ‘New SMS’. Once you go to their Details page and see the text message under the default Texts tab, the status will change to ‘Responded’.
