Fast Call is a feature within SmartAsset OAT that allows you to connect with leads immediately upon receipt. Here’s how it works:
This feature makes it easy for you to respond to new leads in real time without needing to constantly monitor your inbox.
You can Enable or Disable this functionality for a specific Lead Source or even per Lead Type on the Lead Sources Screen. See screenshot below.
In addition to the call back, you’ll receive real-time text and email notifications to let you know which lead is calling.
Fast Call Schedule workflow.
Assign backup team members to make "Fast Calls" in case the primary team member isn't available when a lead hits your inbox. When a lead arrives, OAT will try to Fast Call the assigned team member first, then the assigned backup team member, if needed.
To set up a backup caller:
