Fast Call

Fast Call is a feature within SmartAsset OAT that allows you to connect with leads immediately upon receipt. Here’s how it works:

1. Your local OAT phone number will call you when a new lead comes in.
2. When you answer, you’ll hear the lead’s name and where the lead came from.
3. Simply press 1 to connect with the lead right away.

This feature makes it easy for you to respond to new leads in real time without needing to constantly monitor your inbox.

You can Enable or Disable this functionality for a specific Lead Source or even per Lead Type on the Lead Sources Screen. See screenshot below.

How Fast Call Appears to You and the Lead

• When a Fast Call is initiated, you’ll see your local OAT phone number calling you.
• This is the same number the lead sees when you call them, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
• All calls initiated through OAT will always go through your local OAT number, maintaining a unified caller ID for you.
• If the lead calls your OAT number back, the call will automatically forward to your call forwarding number.

In addition to the call back, you’ll receive real-time text and email notifications to let you know which lead is calling.

Backup Caller for Fast Call

Assign backup team members to make "Fast Calls" in case the primary team member isn't available when a lead hits your inbox. When a lead arrives, OAT will try to Fast Call the assigned team member first, then the assigned backup team member, if needed.

To set up a backup caller:

1. Go to Users Settings and click the green ‘Edit’ button for a user you want to assign backup to
