The Activity Report helps you track and improve your outreach efforts, providing insights into key areas such as Outbound Calls, Consistency, Salesmanship, Response Times, and Idle Leads. You’ll be able to compare your performance against top advisors and receive actionable tips to enhance your results. You can also export the report data to a CSV file for deeper analysis.

How to Access the Activity Report

  1. Go to the Reports section in the navigation bar.
  2. Select Activity Report.

Sections of the Activity Report

1. Outbound Calls

What It Tracks:

This section compares the number of calls you make with those made by top advisors within the first 7, 30, and 90 days.

How to Use It:

If your call volume is below these benchmarks, aim to increase your daily or weekly call targets. This can help you reach more prospects and accelerate your progress. Focus on boosting your consistency to keep pace with top performers.

2. Consistency

What It Tracks:

This section measures the percentage of your scheduled Next Calls completed each month.

How to Use It:

To stay on top of your outreach efforts, create dedicated time blocks in your calendar so you can regularly visit the Next Call screen and run through your scheduled outreach calls. If you notice that your Consistency percentages are low, consider blocking off more time each day to ensure you have enough time to complete your outreach calls.

Maintaining consistency in outreach is crucial to turning prospects into customers, so aim to complete at least 90% of your scheduled calls each month to meet the Top Advisor Benchmark.
